I was the overachiever. The perfectionist.
The one who always had it together — until the cracks beneath the surface could no longer stay hidden.
Behind the gold stars and the good-girl mask were quiet years of depression, relationship pain, self-worth struggles, and one aching question that refused to go away: Who am I, really?
That question led me to the world of trauma healing—not just as a student,
but as someone deeply in need of the work.
Today, I’m a trauma-informed therapist and transformational coach, trained in a multidisciplinary approach that weaves together inner child healing,
intergenerational trauma resolution, and somatic practices rooted in nervous system regulation.
I help people uncover the stories they’ve unconsciously carried—
so they can reconnect with who they were always meant to be.
This isn’t just my profession. It’s my path, my purpose,
and the most meaningful work I know.
